I can not say enough positive things about our experience with the passing of my dad. From the moment we called, to the aftercare, everyone and everything went so smoothly and easily. If there was something I forgot, they reminded me, they answered all my questions, helped with decisions we were unsure of, made sure our wishes were done, and help make our dad's viewing and service be as perfect as he would have wanted. They helped with planning our final respects, and even helped ease some of our burdens. We will be making our own pre-arranged funerals, as we know, they will ensure our wishes and help make the process so much easier for our children in the future. Thank you everyone who helped make this terrible time, a little easier.

This is a truly exceptional company. After speaking with several funeral homes I chose to work with Ridley not only because of the reasonable cost of services, but because of the clarity of their communications, and the sincere but not overbearing sympathy they conveyed. All subsequent interactions bore out my initial impression. They arranged my brother’s body in a beautiful burial shroud for the green burial we had arranged for him. As this was a new approach for them, they purchased and pre-tested a strap arrangement for carrying the body to graveside, which worked very well. The on-site funeral director was efficient, discrete and a genuinely lovely presence. The aftercare assistance with some administrative matters was excellent. Lots of gratitude to the Ridley team.
